STEP 4: RECRUIT TEAM LEADERS

In Deschutes County, past Team Leaders have been employees of the local fire department, Oregon Department of Forestry, US Forest Service and local insurance agents. We suggest sending a letter to all potential team leaders inviting them to the first meeting, and then following-up with a phone call to make sure they will attend.
